Dr Romila Ragaven

Romila is a Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Clinical Psychologist and has over 11 years experience working in NHS mental health settings. Qualifying in 2018, she has since worked with young adults in an early intervention in psychosis service, and an older adults service. Currently, alongside her private work she supports children and young people who are experiencing extreme emotional distress in NHS children's services in addition to having a staff wellbeing and support role.
Romila is highly experienced in helping adults and young people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosis, relationship and interpersonal difficulties and eating disorders. Romila has a special interest in working with adults who have experienced trauma, historical abuse and intimacy and relationship problems.
