Dr Diana Sporle

Dr Diana Sporle is a Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Clinical Psychologist and has over 22 years experience working in the field of mental health. Qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2007, Diana has worked in the NHS, the third sector and in private practice. Diana enjoys working with children and adults of all ages.


Diana currently balances private practice with a senior clinical psychologist position for a third sector organisation and a ‘step 3’ adult IAPT service. Diana works in an integrative way, drawing on her training and years of experience in different settings to tailor interventions to the individual client to meet their needs and reach their goals. Diana’s work is informed by cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused therapy, drawing upon attachment theory, narrative therapy and using a trauma informed approach. Building a therapeutic relationship is of crucial importance and Diana’s goal is for the client to feel heard and experience a warm, safe and compassionate space to work on their difficulties.

Diana is committed to helping children, adolescents and adults who seek support for a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, sleep and health issues.
 

Diana can offer appointments online on Thursdays and is a registered provider for AXA, AVIVA and Vitality.
