Nick was kind, thoughtful and reliable through my hugely successful course of CBT. He has helped me to revolutionise my workplace anxiety and gave me great tools & coping strategies.
He explained concepts (e.g. mindfulness, challenging default thought patterns) really clearly which made it easy to understand.
Nick was a fantastic support for me from the very beginning, taking an approach to my needs that was based on results. Nick was a great listener, and flexible with regard to my needs in specific sessions, and I feel that although I am not completely healed, I have come out on the other side with some tangible tools for me to combat my anxiety.
